A delightful collection of neighbouring and interconnecting houses set close to the seafront in Shela Village. All are historic and charming, furnished with local antiques and built in traditional Swahili style. Each can be rented individually – or together with one or more of the adjoining properties – providing flexible and adaptable accommodation for from 2 up to 22 guests.

“Words cannot express how happy my family was with our stay at the Moon Houses!  It was indeed a magical experience.  First, the staff were exceptional. They were kind, professional, and very attentive. They made all of us feel cared for and welcomed. My mom, the birthday girl, felt like a Queen. Second, the location and houses were absolutely gorgeous. Everybody was impressed by the beauty of our accommodation. Third, the food!  It was so good!  Every meal was delicious. We thought there was no way the chef could top his last meal, but he continued to prove us wrong. We made sure never to miss a meal at the houses!”
