What you don’t see in the pictures is the warmness of the staff who work there and the great hospitality they and Joe give you. The combination of all this gave us the best stay we ever had. “Our stay at Marula House was nothing short of wonderful! The owners, Joe and Kathrin, were super responsive and helpful before we arrived and helped us plan our stay and book an excursion. We were also in touch with Irene, the house manager, ahead of time who was incredibly on top of things and helped so much by organizing airport transit, check-in (they had our meal waiting and ready for us when we arrived!), and answered all of the questions we had day-to-day. The rest of the house staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. The actual house is super spacious and my family had tons of room to relax in – plus the beautiful beach. You can take your pick of sunning on a beach chair or hanging by the pool on the very cool swing chair. The decoration was super modern and clean and it almost felt like we were in a hip hotel. We couldn’t have imagined a better week at the beach.”
